Can I amend my order after I've placed it?
We're really quick at packing your order up which means we can't make any changes once you've placed it. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or payment method. However, you may be able to amend your order in Colour/Product Type to instead.
There are varying time limits in which you can cancel your order depending on what delivery option you’ve chosen:
All other delivery options – up to 60 minutes after completing your order.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?
We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway. As soon as you discover a fault, please contact our Customer Assistant with:

· The faulty item's name and number
· A description of the fault.
We'll get back to you as soon as we can and send you a replacement item as quickly as we can.

How can I pay for my order?
You can use any of the payment types listed below to pay for your order. We take your security very seriously; therefore your details are safe with us.
We also take fraud very seriously too, so all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by both us and the card issuer.

If your card is authorized, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.
If your card is not authorized, payment will not be taken, and we'll email to let you know your bank or card issuer wouldn't authorize the payment.
Please remember that even if a payment isn't authorized, it may look like FI® has still taken the money as some card issuers may still reserve the money, for a short period of time.

What Shipping Methods and Providers Are Available?
At FI®, we aim to keep shipping as cheap and fuss-free as possible. More importantly, we understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so sellers make every effort to process and deliver your orders as soon as they can. For International order, we use FedEx to facilitate the delivery of our orders. For China and HK order, we use S.F. Express Couriers to facilitate the delivery of our orders.

Do You Offer Gift-Wrapping On Purchased Products?
All of FI® Items are in gift packing already. Unless you have a special request to the order, please contact our Customers Assistant . All gift packaging is in highest quality.
How Long Do Deliveries Usually Take?
Delivery of FI® Items typically takes 7 to 10days for International order, 2 to 3 workings days in HK and China Area. In any case, the estimated delivery time will be stated in your order confirmation email.

My items haven’t been delivered yet, what do I do?
You can track your order by referring to the Order Shipped email which is dispatched to you once your order is with our delivery partners. A tracking link, which leads to our delivery partners’ tracking site, is available on the email for you to check the location of your order.
